Terms of Service

By accessing or using SignalFit ("Service"), operated by ZyloSystems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and team members.

SignalFit is a market validation tool that generates sector-specific landing pages, tracks visitor engagement, and helps founders identify product-market fit signals. The Service is currently in beta and features may change at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service through automated means.
• Use the Service to generate spam or misleading marketing materials.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to SignalFit (URLs, files, copy). By submitting content, you grant ZyloSystems a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

SignalFit uses AI to generate landing page copy and variant text. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before using it publicly.
• ZyloSystems is not liable for any claims arising from AI-generated content.

The SignalFit platform, design, and underlying technology are owned by ZyloSystems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Landing pages, copy, and variant content generated through the Service are owned by ZyloSystems during the active subscription period.

• Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, ZyloSystems may transfer ownership of generated landing page content to you upon written request. Transfer is subject to completion of all outstanding payment obligations.
• Following any such transfer, ZyloSystems bears no responsibility or liability for any damages, claims, or losses arising from your use, modification, or distribution of the transferred content.
• ZyloSystems retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from generated content for platform improvement and research purposes.

SignalFit is a multi-tenant platform available to any business or individual that agrees to these Terms. We do not offer exclusive arrangements. Your use of the Service does not prevent ZyloSystems from providing the same or similar services to other customers, including those in the same industry or market segment as you.

When visitors access landing pages created through SignalFit, the following data may be collected:

• Page view counts and session duration.
• Click interactions on calls-to-action and links.
• Referral source and UTM parameters (if present in the URL).
• General geographic region (country/city level, derived from IP address).
• Device type and browser information.
• Any information voluntarily submitted through forms on the landing page.

This data is used to provide engagement analytics to you as the account holder and to improve the Service. Visitor data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change, be added, or removed without notice.
• The Service may experience downtime or data loss.
• We do not offer uptime guarantees during beta.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZYLOSYSTEMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

SignalFit provides tools to create personalized landing pages and track engagement signals. We make no guarantee that use of the Service will result in increased conversions, revenue, product-market fit, or any other specific business outcome. The value derived from the Service depends on many factors outside ZyloSystems' control, including but not limited to your product, market conditions, and how you use the generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYLOSYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
